Salami Pizza Scrolls


1/3 cup tomato paste

1 tsp dried Italian herbs

2 puff pastry sheets, thawed

6 slices Henderson’s salami, finely chopped

½ cup tasty cheese

½ mozzarella cheese 


Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 200C. Line a pizza baking sheet with baking paper.

Step 2

Spread the tomato paste onto each puff pastry sheet and sprinkle with herbs, chopped salami and grated cheese.

Step 3

Cut each pastry sheet in half and roll tightly. Cut into small scrolls (You should get 4 scrolls from each half sheet, 16 in total)

Step 4

Bake for about 15 minutes, until golden. Let cool and add to lunchboxes or simply devour yourself.
