Low-carb Bacon Avocado Fries
24 pieces of Henderson’s Streaky Bacon
Ranch sauce for dipping (optional)
If using the oven preheat to 220 degrees C. Cut each avocado in half. Divide each half into 4 equal wedges.
Wrap each avocado wedge in one piece of bacon. Place on a lined baking tray, seam side down.
Bake in oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
If using the airfryer, follow steps 1-2, then place in airfryer in a single layer cooking at 200 degrees for 8 minutes. You will need to work in batches.
Serve warm with ranch dressing.
