Keto Bacon Sushi Skewers


6 pieces of Henderson’s Streaky Bacon

1 large cucumber, thinly sliced

2 carrots, thinly sliced
1 capsicum, thinly sliced

1 avocado, thinly sliced

100 grams cream cheese, spreadable

Sesame seeds for garnish


Step 1

In a pan, cook the bacon on a low heat until it is cooked through but still pliable.

Step 2

Meanwhile cut the cucumber, carrots and avocado into sections roughly the width of the bacon.

Step 3

Once the bacon is cool enough to handle, spread an even layer of cream cheese over each slice. Divide the vegetables evenly between the bacon and place on one end. Roll up tightly and put a skewer through them to keep them in place.

Step 4

Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
