Hot Cross Bun Bacon Sandwich
8 rashers of Henderson's streaky bacon
4 hot cross buns, halved and toasted
1 tsp olive oil
1 Tbsp maple syrup, plus extra to serve
Cook bacon in oil over medium heat until golden. Add maple syrup to coat before taking off the element.
Lightly toast your open buns on both sides. Take out and butter.
Add two rashers of bacon per bun and some extra maple syrup. Enjoy with a coffee and easter egg on the side!
