Mini Skewers

Henderson’s Salami

Mozzarella balls

Cheddar cubes

Green Olives

Black Olives

Mini Pickles

Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Cherry Tomatoes

Rosemary sprigs


Step 1

Prep any ingredients that require slicing or cubing.

Step 2

Place the ingredients onto long wooden skewers and alternate the colours of ingredients to make a more visually appealing wreath. Arrange skewers in a wreath on a large platter or chopping board. Place the rosemary sparingly around the board as a pop of greenery.

Step 3
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
