BLT Dip

Ingredients

4 chopped rashers of Henderson's middle bacon

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

2 tomatoes, chopped

¼ cup fresh chives, chopped

Lettuce leaf

Instructions

Step 1

Cook bacon in oil over medium heat until bacon is golden. Set aside to cool.


Step 2

Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream. Add the chopped bacon, tomato and chives and mix.


Step 3

Line a small bowl with a large lettuce leaf and pour in your dip. Serve with fresh bread or cut vegetables.
